Job description
Silver Cloud is looking for an experienced, enterprise-minded Project Manager to lead complex Dayforce HCM implementation programmes across our client base.This role goes beyond traditional delivery management. You’ll act as a consultative delivery partner, accountable not just for timelines and scope, but for commercial outcomes, executive decision-making and the overall health of each client engagement.You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and Silver Cloud leadership to ensure Dayforce implementations deliver real, measurable business value, while helping us continuously evolve how we deliver at enterprise scale.Reporting to: Principal Project ManagerLocation: UK or MauritiusUtilisation Target: 80%

What success looks likeDayforce implementations consistently land on time, within scope and budgetSteering committees are confident, decision-focused, and well informedProject margin, utilisation, and change revenue meet or exceed targetsClients actively advocate for Silver Cloud and request follow-on workDelivery teams operate with clarity, momentum, and zero unmanaged critical blockersLessons learned are embedded into delivery standards within two weeks of go-liveYou’re recognised for collaboration, accountability, and reinforcing our “we consult differently” culture What we’re looking forProven experience delivering complex project or programme engagementsStrong understanding of Dayforce or similar enterprise HCM platforms (Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, etc.)Background in consulting or professional services environmentsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated commercial awareness and comfort managing financial outcomesAbility to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, complex environmentsExperience leading remote, cross-geography delivery teamsFamiliarity with project tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, ClickUp, or similarPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (desirable, not essential)
Job responsibilities
What you’ll be doingEnterprise delivery & governanceLead end-to-end delivery of complex Dayforce implementation projects across all lifecycle phasesOwn delivery governance including project plans, RAID, change control, billing milestones, and executive reportingEnsure projects meet agreed timelines, scope, quality, and commercial targetsChair and facilitate steering committees, enabling clear, decision-led executive governanceClient partnership & executive influenceAct as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholdersEngage and influence C-level sponsors, aligning delivery outcomes to wider business and transformation goalsBuild trusted, long-term client relationships through transparent, outcome-focused communicationCommercial & business ownershipActively manage project financial health, including margin, utilisation, and change-control revenueIdentify commercial risks and opportunities early and take decisive actionUnderstand and articulate how delivery decisions impact revenue, cost, and customer outcomesCross-functional delivery leadershipCoordinate functional, technical, and third-party contributors across geographies and time zonesManage dependencies, priorities, and critical paths with clarity and pacePartner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a joined-up client journey from deal through deliveryRisk, insight & continuous improvementProactively identify and resolve delivery, customer, and operational risksMaintain a robust RAID approach, surfacing issues early and closing them decisivelyCapture lessons learned and contribute to improving Silver Cloud’s delivery playbooks and standardsChange enablement & adoptionSupport change management and training efforts to ensure client readiness and adoptionEnsure solutions are not just implemented, but successfully embedded into client operations
