The Product & Technology Contract Management team provides transactional deal support to Netflix's corporate, studio, and product organizations globally. As a Project Manager, you will serve as a critical link between cross-functional partners, streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing solutions that drive efficiencies across the Product & Technology legal team. Your expertise will help identify operational pain points, develop project plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, including monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Oversee and work cross-functionally on the configuration, administrative management, and technical maintenance of various legal technology tools and workflows.
Collaborate with the Product & Technology legal team to help identify operational pain points and develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Facilitate communication and coordination between the contract management team and other departments.
Analyze and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary to support business priorities.
We are looking for a self-motivated, quick-thinking, and proactive Project Manager with:
4+ years of relevant experience as a project manager or in legal operations.
Superb project management and organizational skills with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Technical expertise across a variety of tools designed to support workflows (e.g., Airtable, Google Suite, Salesforce CRM, IPfolio/Clarivate, Jira, Slack, Zendesk, Evisort, Sprinklr, Dispatch).
Solution-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically, but also to use good judgment to build scalable processes and escalate matters that require urgent attention.
Strong attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
Previous experience with Contracts Management is highly desirable.

The range for this role is $130,000 - $380,000.
