Project Manager (Agile Experience Preferred)

This is a remote position.Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM MNL (1 hr unpaid lunch) 40 hrs/ weekRole OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, organize, and oversee the completion of projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience with Agile methodologies is valued, as we seek to bring best practices into our evolving processes.Plan Projects: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in order to deliver the best possible experience for clients.Organize Resources: Coordinate with multiple departments (finance, writers, sales, publications) to allocate resources and assign responsibilities.Oversee Execution: Monitor project progress, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the onboarding checklist and client requirements.Client Onboarding: Create and manage onboarding checklists (including deliverables and SLAs), using information from various sources and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for drafting documentation.Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet Baden Bower’s standards and client expectations.Risk Management: Identify potential risks or delays early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Team Management: Manage and train writers, providing feedback and support to maintain high performance.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the COO, CEO, and other leadership as needed.Continuous Improvement: Recommend and help implement process improvements.Other Duties: Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior leadershipRequirementsExposure to or understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.Experience using HubSpot and other CRMs is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience planning and managing projects from inception to completion.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.Familiarity with project management tools and AI/LLM technologies is an advantage.High attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Originally posted on Himalayas
