Project Manager (AD)

This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Application Development) to lead and manage a portfolio of IT projects within a complex enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing full project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget, while driving alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of IT projects, ranging from small initiatives to large, complex programs

Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional technical teams

Ensure adherence to project management standards, Agile methodologies, and best practices

Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance

Deliver regular status reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Coordinate with architecture and technical teams to review and approve solution direction

Manage vendor or contractor performance to ensure successful delivery of project tasks

Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement across all phases of the project

Develop staffing plans, including onboarding and offboarding of project resources

Support governance processes, including participation in change control boards and approval workflows

Ensure successful delivery and acceptance of project deliverables by sponsors and stakeholders




Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience managing multiple IT projects or programs in a complex environment

Strong knowledge of the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies

Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources

Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

Experience leading cross-functional technical teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
