Job Summary

Manage project execution across GRC initiatives and other internal business projects as needed.
Drive project productivity by identifying blockers, maintaining momentum, and ensuring timely follow-through.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to align priorities and deliverables.
Use project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms to organize work and track progress.
Support ticketing and service management workflows using tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems.
Serve as a technical project management partner for technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear project documentation, calendars, meeting notes, timelines, action items, and status updates.
Help evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools or AI-enabled processes to improve project execution and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Technical project management experience supporting technology implementation or process improvement projects.
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Experience with ticketing or service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar systems.
Strong organization skills with the ability to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders accountable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, calendaring, and day-to-day business productivity tools.
Interest in AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, and practical applications of AI in project management.
PMP certification preferred but not required
