What You’ll DoManaging large projects to ensure successful, on-time completionConducting on-site damage assessments and preparing accurate bids and estimatesPreparing, reviewing, and distributing detailed work ordersReviewing and approving time & material billing to ensure proper cost captureMonitoring project progress and adjusting plans as neededConducting site inspections and consulting with adjusters and clientsCommunicating regularly with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teamsReviewing subcontractor and vendor documentation and ensuring timely invoicingEnforcing and promoting company safety policiesBuilding strong client relationships and helping identify new business opportunitiesCollaborating with Account Executives on bids and proposalsParticipate in project kick-off and pre-construction meetings.Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and arrange procurement.Identify long-lead items and evaluate risks.Support field operations, safety, and quality control.Maintain all project documentation: work orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs.Qualifications4 plus years of industry experienceRestoration industry: 2 years (Required)Work Location: On the roadMust be proficient in MS Suite of office products; Excel, WordEligible to operate a motor vehicle per 360 Fire & Flood vehicle policyPossess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethicBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time offWork LocationRemote (must reside in Alabama)#LI-Remote
