Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support operational excellence, technology modernization, and strategic growth. This role will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


Lead end-to-end project management for technology and operational initiatives from initiation through delivery.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, HR, and external vendors.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic priorities, budgets, and timelines.
Manage change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining project objectives.
Support implementation and adoption of project management standards, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into actionable project plans.
Monitor project outcomes and ensure successful transition to operational teams.
