About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a fully remote position, open only to candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
Ensure projects align with business goals and objectives.
Facilitate Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, software, or business operations.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CSM, or other project management certification.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Knowledge of risk management and process improvement.
