Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Part-Time Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of key projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible working hours while still engaging in impactful projects.Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage project plans, and timelines. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Promote best practices in project management methodologies and tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in offshoring/outsourcing company. Must have a background in financial/accounting particularly forecasting and budgeting. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification holder is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a part-time capacity.
