Although we expect most projects with an assigned project manager will have a significant technology component, we are looking to add people to the team that can also manage non-technology components.Project Managers will work closely with business stakeholders to project manage key projects at Revecore that will typically have a significant technology component. The role requires advanced project management and communication skills, leadership ability and a willingness to learn domain knowledge at Revecore in order to effectively manage projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Project Managementa. Scope Definition and Change Managementi. Define and document scope of projectii. Manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirementsiii. Manage and document design decisionsb. Project Planning and Resource Managementi. Lead the initiation and planning of a project and its tasksii. Develop detailed project plans, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as needediii. Manage budgets, identify and allocate resources, and ensure optimal utilization of team skillsiv. Assess and recommend project management tools as needed and assist with their implementationc. Risk and Issues Managementi. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, both technical and non-technical.ii. Anticipate project risks, project issues, resource bottlenecks, impacts of delays1. Think five, ten, even twenty steps aheadiii. Manage project issues and escalate as neededd. Problem Solvingi. Identify project issues and assist project team members with their resolutione. Manage Project Quality Standardsi. Establish project quality standards and assess the deliverables of the projectii. Communicate openly and respectfully regarding any issue, risk or behavior that could negatively impact a projectd. Develop and maintain project management and communication standards as needed for the PMO3. Domain Knowledgea. Learn about Revecore including its core businesses, key business processes and technology components to more effectively lead projects4. Project Worka. Revecore is looking for candidates that are willing to do certain work necessary to keep a project on track.
