What You Will Be Doing:Drive end-to-end project management for internal initiatives: define scope and goals, engage stakeholders, plan timelines and deliverables, coordinate execution across teams, monitor progress and mitigate risks, lead retrospectives and document learningsCreate and maintain internal documentation: SOPs and team workflows.Analyze and improve existing Customer Operations processes.Build and maintain a structured internal knowledge baseCoordinate regular syncs and retros with cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Product, Support, CSM).About You:3+ years of experience in Project ManagementProven ability to manage internal projects end-to-endStrong process-thinking and structured approach to problem-solvingExperience with internal documentation and workflow tools (Notion, Confluence, Jira, etc.)Basic technical fluency — understanding of API logic, front/back workflows, systems thinkingEnglish language proficiency (B2+)Strong sense of ownership and accountabilityWhat We Offer:Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
