Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (PR experience)Compensation: $2,500-3,000/month, depending on experienceLocation: LATAM (Remote)Working hours: 9-5pm PST Our client provides communication and branding services for select creative clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to help oversee and guide ongoing PR, branding, and social media projects for our roster of clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and an outstanding communicator, with a passion for coordinating tasks on a broad scale. A strong, creative, and highly organized communicator will excel in this position. Which will require:Clear and ongoing communication to all assigned teams/team members. Able to access and share information quickly.Exceptional organizational skills.Attention to detail.Positive, collaborative spirit.Your responsibilities will include:Ongoing maintenance of Project Management platform (monday.com)Manage all aspects of client PR, branding, and social media projects: set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure completionWork with department leads to identify new projects and determine deadlines Oversee routine company projects: A List Award entries, client yearly reviews, new client onboarding, team member trainingLiaison between departments, ensuring all project tasks are assigned and completed at the deadlineMonitor project progress within monday.com and communicate observations and obstacles Familiarity with the following software and platforms is preferred:monday.comApple/MacGoogle Drive and Google SuiteiCalZoomMicrosoft OfficePages
