Estamos buscando a un Project Manager comprometido, con un fuerte interés por el aprendizaje continuo y el trabajo en equipo en un entorno ágil.Dentro del área de IT, serás responsable de liderar y evolucionar los servicios que ofrecemos a nuestros usuarios, como los servicios de atención y las soluciones de workplace. Además, gestionarás la demanda de IT ante los diferentes Business Partners, así como los proyectos o peticiones provenientes de negocio a través de estos partners. También serás el encargado de liderar la gestión de la demanda interna dentro del área de IT, especialmente en lo que respecta a los servicios de workplace.Responsabilidades- Liderar y evolucionar los servicios que prestamos a nuestros usuarios (servicios de atención a usuario, soluciones de lugar de trabajo, etc) En colaboración con la SMO y PMO- Liderar y coordinar la gestión de la demanda generada en interno dentro del área de TI a nivel de Workplace-Gestión de la demanda de TI ante el Business Partner (BP) así como de todos aquellos proyectos o peticiones solicitadas a cabo desde negocio vía BP.- Realizar el control y seguimiento de los procesos de TI de los proveedores prestatarios de servicio.- Actuar como Jefe de Proyecto de aquellas iniciativas específicas que le sean asignadas, y será responsable de la Gestión de Proveedores en aquellos servicios o iniciativas específicas que estén bajo su rol.- Alinear las necesidades del negocio vía BP con I&C&S en arquitectura, seguridad y portafolio de servicios.- Anticipar, comprender e influir en la demanda de los servicios por parte de la dirección del negocio en coordinación con el BP.- Colaborar en la documentación de los nuevos servicios para su operación y mantenimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos vigentes.Habilidades y experienciasLicenciatura / Grado en Ingeniería informática o similar.- Idiomas, informática, otros conocimientos técnicos)- Inglés B2 – C1- Conocimiento en gestión de TI (Infraestructuras, comunicaciones y seguridad)- Conocimiento y Experiencia en procesos ITSM (ITIL) así como herramientas de gestión como por ejemplo Easyvista- Experiencia en entornos Microsoft, plataformas onprem y cloud, Office 365, etc.- Gestión de proveedores de servicios de TI (Evaluar rendimiento mediante KPIs, supervisión de acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA), negociación, etc.- Liderazgo Additional Information Our benefits!
