Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to successful delivery on client workflows. The candidate will be responsible for resource management, process and tool compliance, milestone tracking, and ensuring project efficiency. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. • Monitor and report changes in work plans and resource allocation. • Ensure adherence to project management processes and tools. • Coordinate communication between teams and ensure alignment in workflows. • Identify and mitigate risks in project execution. • Track project profitability and report deviations in time and costs. • Ensure the adoption and correct use of management tools within the team. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience leading projects in client-facing environments. • Advanced English (C1/C2)• Proven track record of success in managing resources, budgets, and deliverables. • Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in client and leadership interactions. • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, remote environments. • Experience in digital or creative agencies. • A college degree is a plus.
