Project Manager 2 Operations

The Project Manager 2 Operations will oversee multiple hazardous and non-hazardous material spills, coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance and manage project completion.ResponsibilitiesWork with other Project Managers to concurrently oversee multiple hazardous material and non-hazardous material spills remotelyUse critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create unique solutions to problems in emergency environmentsCoordinate with client health and safety teams and subcontractor teams to create remedial action plans for each individual project and manage project to completionNotify federal, state, and local regulatory agencies as appropriate and maintain compliance with each regulatory bodyManage disposal of waste from cradle-to-grave while obtaining necessary documentation of proper disposalAnswer 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on uncontrolled standbyOther reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without noticeSkillsAbility to multi-task and complete different projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentCapacity to work on an on-call rotationMust be capable of working in a team-oriented environmentAbility for occasional travel as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredBachelor's preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) preferredEmergency Response: 1 year preferredExperience in emergency or environmental response management and a working knowledge of federal and state EPA regulations and DOT Operations, preferredExperience with Hazardous materials response operations, preferredPrevious experience with RCRA, CRCLA or DOT regulations a plusHAZWOPER 40, OSHA 10 or 30 training preferredBenefitsMedical and Dental401K with company matchCompetitive compensationPaid time offShort-term disabilityLife and accident insuranceAdvancement opportunitiesCompany OverviewCrystal Clean is a national leader in the environmental services market, providing the smart alternative.
