Project Manager
Overview JST is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The PM shall act as the primary liaison, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and oversight of all task order activities. The PM shall provide administrative support services to assist the AMD with the preparation, coordination, and delivery of presentation materials. These services are essential to supporting program briefings, leadership updates, stakeholder engagements, and internal communications. This is a full-time remote position. Project Manager Responsibilities Create new PowerPoint presentations using Government provided ‑ content, data, or guidance. Design clear, professional slides suitable for executive audiences. Update existing presentations for accuracy, clarity, and branding consistency. Incorporate charts, tables, graphics, and other visual elements as required. Apply Government templates, formatting rules, and accessibility requirements Ensure all materials use current program branding and messaging. Work with program staff to gather content, validate information, and secure approval of final materials. Provide drafts and updates within Government ‑ established timelines. Maintain version control for all presentation materials. Deliver source files and final products in Government approved ‑ formats. Prepare supporting materials such as speaker notes, handouts, meeting materials, and briefing packets. Attend meetings (virtual or in-person ) to collect information for presentation development, as requested . Project Manager Qualifications 10+ years of extensive experience in with planning, executing & managing project effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field. PMP certification or equivalent. Strong organizational skills & the capacity to lead teams. In-dept knowledge & understanding of Federal Regulations. Understanding procurement processes and compliance.
