Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to oversee our membership operations, coordinate engaging programs and events, and streamline our internal processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and configure systems to support growth and engagement. This role requires close collaboration across departments and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Membership Management: Establish and monitor the application processes for new memberships. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and renewal processes. Ensure consistent and clear communication with members, providing timely reminders and relevant updates. Program & Event Coordination: Plan and execute regular member engagement activities, including committee meetings, networking events, webinars, and the annual conference. Partner with experts to create and run Continuing Education (CE) programs for members, track participation, issue certificates, and ensure everything meets accreditation requirements. Systems & Process Development: Collaborate with the Web Developer/IT Specialist to maintain and enhance membership portals and dashboards. Implement and manage CRM systems; configure workflows, forms, and automated communications. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making related to member retention, engagement, and growth. Identify and implement tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency through automation and integration. Develop and manage systems and workflows for tracking Continuing Education (CE) credits, including reporting, automation, and record-keeping. Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing & Communications to design, execute, and monitor email campaigns, event promotions, and engagement strategies. Ensure smooth coordination of event marketing and successful program launches across channels. Contribute content and organizational updates for newsletters, social media, and public communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred). Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, technical operations, membership management, or a similar role; nonprofit experience strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude with experience configuring CRM systems, building automated workflows, and creating actionable reports. Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), Google Workspace, and project management platforms. Experience coordinating or supporting Continuing Education (CE) programs, certification-based training, or accreditation processes is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
