Project Manager
Campos EPC is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within a major PMO. The role involves leading projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead and execute projects from initiation to completion, managing their scope, timelines, and resources Follow and implement the PMO's standardized processes, methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution Work with the PMO to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and facilitating clear communication Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, preparing detailed reports for the PMO and senior management Ensure projects meet established standards and quality requirements, verifying that deliverables are of high quality Provide input and support for continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the PMO Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field required 1-3 years of project management experience, in construction or utilities, preferably within a PMO setting Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams Familiarity with project governance frameworks and best practices Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and issue resolution PMP or similar certification Company Overview Campos EPC offers engineering, procurement, project management, GIS, automation, electrical and construction field services for oil and gas.
