As a Project Manager II, you will: Oversee the coordination of time and resources throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the simultaneous execution of multiple implementation projects with precision and efficiency. Prioritize client satisfaction through clear communication and professional relationship management. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy in account information to support ongoing engagement and project tracking. Continuously expand product and industry knowledge to enhance professional expertise and contribute to best practices within the organization. Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics and goals by implementing strategic problem-solving techniques and proactive project oversight. Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and timeline expectations by carefully sequencing tasks and maintaining synchronized execution plans. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors, fostering seamless collaboration to drive project momentum and resolve roadblocks. Manage escalations with leadership, swiftly identifying challenges and implementing solutions that mitigate risk and maintain project continuity. Keep key stakeholders informed at every stage of the project lifecycle, fostering transparency and trust through consistent and effective communication. Anticipate potential risks that may impact project success, proactively conducting Root Cause Analysis and/or Corrective Action Investigations when necessary, and documenting key takeaways for future process improvements. Play an active role in mentoring and supporting team development, helping to cultivate a culture of learning and professional growth. Possibly travel onsite that will require overnight stays
