Job Title: Full-Time Project Manager
Location: Remote (US-based)
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Job Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving our projects to ensure deadlines are met, clients are satisfied, and team members are managed effectively. This is a part-time, remote role structured as a W2 position, with a strong possibility of growing into full-time after a 30-day evaluation period. You will be working with tools like Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc, so familiarity with these platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members to drive accountability and progress.
• Create and optimize SOPs and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and teams, facilitating meetings via Zoom.
• Independently problem-solve and make impactful decisions with minimal supervision.
• Use project management tools like Asana to track deliverables and deadlines.
• Set up automations and workflows using Zapier.
• Manage contracts and documents using PandaDoc.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong proficiency in Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable working independently and making things happen with little guidance.
• Must have solid, reliable internet and be based in the US.
• Availability during regular US business hours.
