Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end prep for an investment round and potential IPO — build the data room, run due diligence with banks/legal/audit, and drive cross-functional execution. Turn ambiguity into a clear plan, align stakeholders, and deliver audit-ready milestones on time. Responsibilities: End-to-end management of GoMining’s investment round and IPO preparation projects Creation and administration of the data room for investors, regulators, and partners Coordinating due diligence processes with venture investors, investment banks, legal and auditing firms Collection, verification, and structuring of data, financial statements, and presentation materials Managing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for both the investment round and IPO Organizing internal processes and communication between departments (finance, legal, marketing, product) Preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, Investor Deck, and Roadshow presentations Monitoring and mitigating project risks Requirements 2–3+ years of project management experience in investment rounds, IPO, M&A, or corporate finance Understanding of fundraising and IPO processes, including interaction with regulators and investors Experience working with data rooms (Intralinks, Merrill Datasite, Ansarada, or similar) Strong planning, communication, and time management skills English — Upper-Intermediate+ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a high-responsibility environment Nice to have Experience in technology, fintech, or crypto companies Knowledge of SEC, FCA, HKEX, or other regulatory requirements Experience working with international investment banks and VC funds Benefits Learning support - courses, English classes, and conferences (up to 100% reimbursement) Unique loyalty program - receive corporate digital miners and earn passive income with no investment Team retreats - company-sponsored stays at a villa in Turkey Memorable events with wow prizes - we celebrate big occasions in a big way “Employee of the Month” award - we recognize and reward our top performers Flexible days off — holidays based on your location + up to 15 sick days + up to 28 vacation days (with fast and automated approvals) New career tracks - real opportunities to grow into expert or top management roles Work-life fit - flexible hours and remote work.
