Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and agenda, obtain feedback on appropriate individuals to include on a project team and facilitate meeting(s) between stakeholder to ask the appropriate questions and grasp all details of the project, then translate all details to complete scope documents, project plan documents, capital project documents and budget documents. Obtain buy in and feedback from all stakeholders on all project documents. Produce flow diagrams for current and future state processes for all projects, assisting PM II and Senior PM on producing documents for their projects. Utilize emotional intelligence, based on all internal and external factors, to gauge the best way to collaborate with the team utilizing current RCS PMO best practices (i.e. project templates, software, communication platform). Schedule and facilitate project meetings, at an appropriate frequency, with project team and provide updates to internal stakeholders. Understand and resolve project conflicts/issues to advance the project goals while balancing the needs of the project team, whether to speak to the project team, escalate to PM leadership or stakeholders. EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or another related field required Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred FIELD OF STUDY (Preferred): Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another related field required Healthcare Administration SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Project Manager I manages all aspects of associated projects (scope, budget, timeline, communication, stakeholder, change management) Supervisor assigns projects to project manager based on capability and with desired career goals in mind Supervisor attends project kickoff meeting(s), closeout meeting and provides guidance when needed. If issues arise, Project Manager I is expected to take initiative to resolve/mitigate issues and seek guidance from supervisor when needed Project Manager I seeks guidance from supervisor during weekly touchbase meetings on risk or conflict mitigation QUALIFICATIONS: Previous Experience: 3 - 5 years leading small- and large-scale projects in Revenue Cycle Services, Healthcare or Analytics, preferably with Revenue Cycle Systems, or Healthcare IT Organization Experience managing a program of small-scale internal projects and multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Services, Healthcare or Analytics Knowledge and skills with Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Knowledge and skills with Project Management Tools (Smartsheet) Certification and Licenses: PMI PMP certification is desired CONTACTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION: Frequent contact with project teams within RCS and SCP Health Frequent contact with Executive Leadership within RCS and SCP Health Frequent contact with project team members and vendors external to SCP Health WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Professional setting Continuous oral & written communication and listening skills Continuous computer use Potentially stressful working environment Fast paced Job requires a high level of mental awareness PRIMARY LOCATION: Remote SECONDARY LOCATION(S): Travel as needed for projects and team meetings CONFIDENTIALITY: The daily activities of this position will be held in the strictest confidence whether it is in regard to a person, individual and/or a strategic initiative. Pay Range: 58,573.00 - 96,904.00 USD annually This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role.
