Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include • *Benchmark** , • *General Catalyst** , • *Peter Thiel** , • *Adam D'Angelo** , • *Larry Summers** , and • *Jack Dorsey** . • *Position:** Project Manager • *Type:** • *Contract** • *Compensation:** • *$60–$85/hour** • *Location:** • *Onsite WA/Redmond - Hybrid** • *Duration:** • *12 months - potential extension** • *Role Responsibilities** • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for feature development and productization. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule. • Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to all stakeholders. • Coordinate regular feature evaluation sessions to gather feedback and promote feature familiarity. • Ensure tasks and projects are completed and progress is documented. • Oversee vendor services and equipment procurement, supporting other operational projects as needed. • Maintain an on-site presence five days a week at the Redmond facilities. • *Qualifications** • *Must-Have** • 3+ years of project management experience within research or product development settings. • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment. • Effective at building strong partnerships and collaborating across functions with team members and stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
