Project Financial Advisor

As a Project Financial Advisor, you will support the financial health of projects by providing clear financial information, tracking project performance, and assisting in budget management. Responsibilities Support project managers by providing clear financial information to help guide day‑to‑day project decisions Assist in tracking project performance, including costs, forecasts (including EAC/ETC), and key financial indicators Help prepare financial summaries and reports for project and portfolio reviews Work with teams to build and update project budgets, cost estimates, and billing‑related data and WIP/AR management Ensure compliance with key financial policies including revenue recognition, accruals, work‑at‑risk, and write‑offs Provide financial input for bids and proposals to support informed commercial decisions Help teams understand the financial impacts of changes throughout the project lifecycle Skills Experience supporting financial activities within projects or business operations A post‑secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Comfort working with financial data, including basic forecasting and variance analysis Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and ease working in Microsoft Office tools An interest in learning project financial processes and building your advisory skills A collaborative approach, with sound judgment and attention to detail Benefits Flexible work and real balance – we recognize the importance of balance and encourage you to prioritize what matters most.
