Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and validate AI-generated outputs related to clean energy transactions, including tax equity and transferable tax credits.
ā¢ Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the accuracy, completeness, and usability of outputs.
ā¢ Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in generated content and suggest improvements.
ā¢ Follow defined evaluation frameworks and documentation standards.
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with the project team and meet weekly deliverables.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Experience in clean energy transactions or strong project finance experience.
ā¢ Background in corporate, transactional, or finance-related legal work.
ā¢ Familiarity with deal structures, financing documents, or regulatory considerations in energy or infrastructure.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to critically assess complex outputs.
ā¢ Ability to provide structured, actionable feedback.
