Primary Responsibilities Manage projects within the allotted scope, schedule, and budget to the specifications of an SOW to achieve success Ensure deliverables are in compliance with the SOW Perform identification, tracking, escalation, and remediation of project risks, action items, and issues Develop technical project plans, proposals, status reports, presentations, etc. to ensure project success Review project requirements and manage additions in scope to build for future work Coordinate the development of and facilitating the delivery and approval of project deliverables Supervise assigned staff including utilization, communication, and billable hours Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, status calls, and working sessionswhere appropriate serving as the primary liaison between IDMWORKS and the customer Provide technical, administrative, and operational support of assigned projects including IDMWORKS employees, subcontractors, and customer staff Manage customer expectations and monitor customer satisfaction with respect to the work product delivered and services performed Approve timesheets, review billable hours, generate and track invoices for project billing Track project hours, budget, and project profitabilityIdentify and direct the implementation of process improvements, organizational change, and strategic investment efforts within the organization Manage multiple projects simultaneously Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment Author technical documentation Review LOE's Contribute to RFP responses and project preflight efforts Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of experience with project management, preferably in Identity and Access Management, Information Technology, and or Consulting, along with experience managing complex, high-profile IT projects involving large teams. Experience in managing off and onshore project teams. PMP Certification a plus.
