The main responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include creating and maintaining a realistic timeline, ensuring the project is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways. A Project Coordinator will be responsible for Project Management and Implementation Coordination tasks on multiple low complexity projects.Key Areas of ResponsibilitySingle Point of Contact for low to medium size ATM Deployment projects (SPOC)Manages all aspects of installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projectsSimultaneously manages multiple deployment projects in a “client-facing” rolePre-deployment support in terms of reviewing and understanding, and providing some input to the SOWInterfaces with clients to detail specific project deliverablesReports on project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are metSchedules and facilitates meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate plans, actions, risks, progress, and issuesAssists with resolution of issues that may arise during the project, handles all project related escalations per established escalation and communication pathsHelps keep documentation maintained throughout the length of the projectCreates and updates project records in QuickBase™ application and uses Oracle™ where requiredMaintains and builds relationships with internal teams and third-party vendorsMonitors the daily progress of projectsAnalyzes project data and produces progress reportsEnsures deadlines are metResponsible for scheduling, escalations, reporting, procurement, billing, trackingLooks for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possibleCommunicates with shipping, logistics, vendors, manufacturingCoordinates all aspects of revisits and reschedulesCompletes the necessary Implementation Coordination tasksTracks and coordinates invoicing, including Change Requests and Out of Scope billingEnsures that all budgetary objectives are met, managing to the project P&L and specifically meeting Cost and Margin expectations, adjusting as neededBasic Qualifications:Must have a university degree or College diploma or relevant industry experienceMust have 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing environments and timelinesExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to organize priorities based on deadlinesAbility to build and influence schedules to meet specific criteria and contract bound timelinesSolid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNowStrong ability to listen well and give clear and unambiguous instructions to all partiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occurExcellent customer relationship/organization skillsExcellent track record of project successStrong sense of urgency and integrityPreferred Qualifications:Industry-standard certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).#LI_BM1 #hybridOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.Company Benefits:Private Health InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramWellbeing ResourcesBaby BonusLife, Accident & Disability InsuranceNumerous opportunities for internal career pathing and advancementDiscounts for employees at NCR Atleos partners EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
