Centerline Communications is a telecommunications contractor seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in the southern New Hampshire area. The role involves coordinating fiber and wireless network projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely billing while providing administrative support to project managers.ResponsibilitiesSupport lead project managers in maintaining/updating project trackers related to fiber optic network & wireless network buildsAid all project managers with budgeting and tracking on their projectsAssist all project managers with prompt and accurate billing on their projects and interact with Accounting Department to ensure that billing is done accurately and timelyAssist in managing customer purchase orders, quotes and requests for change ordersHelp manage smaller network builds to meet project timeframes and deliverables when necessaryWork with all departments to track status updates on projectsAssist project managers in work order/construction planning activitiesProvide administrative support to project managers as necessarySkillsCandidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and superior communication skillsAbility to provide pro-active internal & external support to the project managersDemonstrated ability to communicate at executive/management level and at an operational levelStrong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills necessaryTelecommunications / Construction experience preferableKnowledge with Adobe, Nitro Microsoft Access and Visio preferredBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
