We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our education team in developing and managing custom learning programs for the travel industry. This role is ideal for students interested in project management, digital learning, marketing, customer experience, and EdTech.

During this internship, you’ll be contributing directly to real client projects, collaborating with writers, designers, and project managers, and gaining hands‑on experience with tools used across the modern digital workplace.

An intern on our team isn’t just learning small tasks—you are building a career foundation in EdTech, program management, customer experience, digital marketing, and learning product development. Not to mention the perk of learning about cool destinations and amazing products in the Travel Industry

What You’ll Do:
• Assist Project Managers with tasks related to ongoing Education programs
• Troubleshoot and respond to Travel Agent/User support inbox inquiries for custom programs and Travel Agent Academy courses
• Support client communication, issue resolution, and technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate tasks between project managers, writers, and designers
• Conduct QA testing for new and existing programs
• Support social media coordination and community management tasks
• Pull program performance reports and help create presentation decks
• Design and resize images, banners, and marketing materials
• Make basic HTML/CSS edits for email templates
• Use Google Analytics to review program performance

Skills You Have:
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail
• Highly self‑motivated, resourceful, and positive with a can‑do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Photoshop and HTML is a plus

Education:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (or recent graduate)

Knowledge & Skills You’ll Gain:
• Managing a project from initiation to completion
• Preparing presentation decks for client kick‑off calls and other meetings
• Creating project schedules in Smartsheets and tracking progress in Basecamp
• Pulling and analyzing program performance data
• Troubleshooting user issues and testing digital learning modules
• Identifying and resolving technical problem
• Communication and collaboration
• Problem solving and adaptability
• Time management and personal accountability

Internship Details
• Type: Part-time Summer Internship
• Pay: $18-20 per hour
• Location: Remote or based in our Rutherford, New Jersey office with a hybrid schedule
• Schedule: 20-30 hours per week but days and hours are flexible based on your availability
• Start Date: May 2026
