I. POSITION PURPOSE
Provides coordination on projects to parish buildings and grounds. This is a time limited position. Once projects have been completed this job will come to its end.
II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ย Work closely with Pastor and PAA to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects.
ย Performs various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management.
ย Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
ย Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
ย Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Qualifications
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
