About the role We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the Director of Product in managing innovative XR development projects. In this role, you will focus on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across teams, all to keep projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for you if you are a motivated professional with experience in the technology/software industry and a passion for immersive technologies such as VR, AR, and AI. 2+ years of project management/coordination experience in the IT industry. Understanding of PM processes and methodologies. Experience working in an Agile environment. Advanced English. Strong organizational and communication skills. Team management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities. Enthusiasm for XR technologies and willingness to grow expertise in this field. Would be considered a plus Direct experience with projects in XR/VR/AR or other immersive technologies. Responsibilities Work both independently and in collaboration with the Director of Product to coordinate activities across several projects. Support the planning, execution, and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Maintain PM tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure data accuracy and transparency. Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams, keeping tasks and progress clearly aligned. Prepare documentation, reports, and project status updates. Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups. Identify and monitor potential risks or issues, escalating them when necessary. Request access for the team members (to GitLab, Horizon, Jira, etc). Ensure the team has all necessary access and resources. Lead Scrum meetings. Timely reporting of the issues to all stakeholders.
