Project Coordinator

Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator based out of Clearwater, FL. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing project details, and ensuring that garage door installation projects are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers, technicians, and designers Serve as a main point of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure projects meet compliance and wind-load requirements Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as permits, waivers, and notices with accuracy and timeliness Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication Support smooth handoffs between departments to keep projects on track Skills Experience in project coordination, customer service, scheduling, or a related role preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/project management systems A proactive, dependable, solutions-oriented mindset Someone who works well independently while also being a strong team player Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Supplemental insurance options, including short-term, long-term disability, and life insurance A team-focused culture built around accountability, support, and growth Company Overview Precision Garage Doors has been providing expert garage door repair in West Florida since 2001.
