It is to this end that CompassMSP is looking to expand our Project Coordination team, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver. As a Project Coordinator at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the successful delivery of technical projects to our clients. Job requirements 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role – preferred Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong collaboration and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers Self-directed and focused Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work with remote teams Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.) Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere Job responsibilities You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates and clients.
