Project Coordinator

Golden West Packaging Group (GWPG) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Impact Department. This position plays a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing packaging development projects from concept to completion. The Project Coordinator will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, meet customer requirements, and align with GWPG’s standards for quality, safety, and service. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts supporting Structural Designers and Sales personnel Assist packaging development projects, managing timelines, documentation, communication, and quality to ensure on-time delivery Support package development by optimizing size and cost, releasing specification packages, and troubleshooting production issues Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain a positive, professional working environment Oversee daily activities related to shipping and scheduling, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved Review inventory levels for assigned accounts Act as the primary liaison for overseas manufacturing coordination and resource management Skills Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of experience in project management, sales support, or production planning Demonstrated ability to coordinate overseas manufacturing resources Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (read, write, and speak) Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to understand material and design specifications, manufacturing processes, and logistics flow Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork 1+ year in cosmetics, health, or beauty industry preferred Company Overview Golden West Packaging Group is one of the largest and fastest growing independent manufacturers of custom packaging products in North America.
