Project Coordinator
Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their Secure Power Division. The role involves managing equipment deliveries, supply chain risk, and customer service, ensuring project milestones are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.ResponsibilitiesPre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply. Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrierProject Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones. Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and SalesDelivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs. Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholdersCustomer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project. Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs. Action of follow up will apply but limited to, Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Accounts Receivables.
