Project Coordinator
BerryDunn is a professional services firm that provides assurance, tax, and consulting services. They are seeking a Project Coordinator who will support a State Health and Human Services agency by providing administrative, coordination, and logistical support across various workstreams to ensure smooth project operations and successful delivery of goals.ResponsibilitiesGain an understanding of project management by helping to coordinate project activities such as developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating and participating in meetings, tracking and maintaining project information such as action items and issues, and developing client deliverables such as presentations and consulting reportsOutreach to team members seeking status updates and documents in the appropriate locationCreate PowerPoint slides, status reports, and other documentation from input received from project teamsSchedule meetings in Outlook and manage correspondence from meeting invitees and participantsCreate agendas for engagement-level meetings and distribute them to meeting invitees in advanceTake meeting notes for engagement-level meetings, submit notes for review to the team, make necessary corrections, and post finalized notes in the appropriate locationPartner with more experienced consultants to build relationships with project team members, including client contacts, stakeholders, and vendor contactsStrong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate courteously, articulately, and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writingExcellent time management skills, customer service and organizational skills, and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and support multiple team membersSkillsStrong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate courteously, articulately, and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writingExcellent time management skills, customer service and organizational skills, and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and support multiple team membersExperience supporting government, healthcare, or Medicaid-related initiativesFamiliarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SDLC concepts)Experience coordinating with multi-vendor or multi-agency environmentsBackground supporting OCM, training, policy, or business process redesign activitiesBenefitsAccess to benefits that go beyond whatβs expected to support their physical, mental, career, social, and financial well-beingCompany OverviewBerryDunn is the brand name under which Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC and BDMP Assurance, LLP, independently owned entities, provide services.
