Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
1-2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Skilled in coordinating QA and feedback processes across teams and stakeholders.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle is a plus.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate tasks, resources, and team meetings to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
Review deliverables to uphold quality standards.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.
Support production and manage content deployment requests efficiently.
