LA is honored to collaborate with the industry’s leading theatrical and streaming partners, including Disney, FX, Paramount, Apple, Amazon Studios, Hulu, Lionsgate, Netflix, STARZ, Universal Pictures, and Warner Bros.LA is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team and collaborate with a passionate team of creative directors, artists, account executives, and more on projects with the best clients in the entertainment industry. You will be key in supporting Account Executive(s) and in maintaining relationships with clients and partners, while also keeping internal teams aligned on campaigns. Ideally you will have experience in a fast-paced Accounts role. You are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possess exceptional project management skills.What You’ll Do:

Support Account Executive(s) in day-to-day operations, including cross-departmental project coordination and client communication
Maintain a strong understanding of project timelines and tracking milestones/status
Create and/or edit presentations; participate in the delivery of presentations
Proactively preparing templates / assets / slides / direction for project-kick-offs
Facilitating communication of project status with CD’s and other stakeholders
Coordinate project assets, including file requests from clients and dissemination of assets to appropriate stakeholders
Follow-up with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all assets have been allocated to their appropriate locations
Follow-up with clients on timelines and proactively reach out if we are waiting on assets or other information from them
Multitask, monitor, and pivot between multiple projects, requests, and lines of communication
Complete quality control checks throughout every step of a project; prioritize tasks based on urgency
Document detailed notes during client calls to understand explicit, as well as subtle, direction– follow-up as necessary for clarification
Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure project status is tracking on-time and ensure any potential issues are addressed or escalated
Manage-up as needed: follow-up with Account Executive(s) or CD’s to remind them of priorities and deadlines to stay on track
What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in an Accounts role (preferably in the entertainment industry)
Working knowledge of Adobe CS and Keynote
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time, with a strict attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
Ability to utilize project management platforms (preferred Wrike experience)
Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures
A passion for the entertainment industry and an interest in staying up-to-date on trends

The base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $20-$25/hr

Extended periods of desk work:


Regularly required to sit for extended periods, engaging in tasks such as email correspondence, project coordination, and document preparation.

Presentation activities:


Ability to create and edit presentations and participate in the delivery of presentations, which may involve standing and speaking for short periods.
Visual acuity:


Specific vision abilities required include close vision, for detailed review of project assets and quality control checks; and the ability to adjust focus, for detailed work.
Utilization of technology:


Regular use of computer equipment and software tools, including Adobe CS, Keynote, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike), requiring manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Multi-tasking:


Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time with a strict attention to detail, which may involve shifting focus between tasks.
