Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of company products and services. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new and existing products while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
• Estimate project effort and resource requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Direct and coordinate project execution by assigning tasks, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing contingency plans.
Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure project quality by adhering to standard development methodologies and collaborating with SQA teams to develop and execute quality assurance plans.
• Maintain compliance with governmental regulations by adhering to quality system requirements.
Stakeholder Communication & Issue Resolution:
• Provide regular project status updates through reports and participation in departmental and customer meetings.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues by collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Consultation & Mentorship:
• Share project management best practices with internal teams.
• Mentor junior project leaders on project management methodologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
• OR a Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical & Business Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, practices, and tools.
• Familiarity with business unit functions and how they align with project goals.
• Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions within defined procedures.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess project challenges and determine effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
