Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Each clinical trial project has a dedicated Project Analyst. Once a study contract has been signed and budgets are established, the Project Analyst is the primary point of contact for the study Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO).Shift:  Monday-Friday, normal business hoursCompensation:  $60k-$75k + bonus + comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401k match*paid overtime for weekend work, evening work, or early morning work as neededRESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary financial contact for company for assigned projects, working closelywith Operations and Budgets and ContractsReviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects. Identifying allcontractual financial terms and conditions, to be able to invoice the projects timely andcorrectlyUse data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issuesFinancial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure accuracy of revenuebilled to customersReview study visits, ensuring RealTime is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO ElectronicData Capture (EDC) systemEnsure all billable items (i.e. non-visit revenue) have been separately invoiced to theSponsor/CRO, maintain support of all billable items.Compare current RT revenue to revenue previously recorded to identify any revenue notyet recognized, notifying Director of Revenue Cycle of all revenue adjustmentsPrepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into its ERP, NetSuite, by studyIssue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly basisCoordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as neededComplete or assist Director of Revenue Integrity with end of study/close-out auditsAdditional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 1-2 years of professional experienceExperience working with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required.Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)Bachelors DegreeDemonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills resulting in sound judgmentDetail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skillsFlourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
