Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables
• Support Project Managers in planning and execution
• Track project progress, timelines, and milestones
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
• Monitor risks, issues, and follow up on action items
• Ensure projects adhere to processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Assist with resource planning and task allocation
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience or internship in project coordination or administration
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Understanding of project lifecycle or Agile methodology
• Basic reporting or data tracking skills
