Program/Project Management AI Trainer, $65-75/hour

Project Overview We are seeking a skilled Program/Project Management Professional to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position - you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis. Location: U.S.-based experts only Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work Work Type: Remote Contributors will develop PM personas, generate task sets across multiple industries, design and apply prioritization rubrics using standard PM methodologies, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy. This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers. Responsibilities Contributors will: • Create realistic PM personas and project scenarios • Generate detailed task lists and subtasks for multiple industries • Apply prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, RICE, impact-effort, and risk scoring • Provide consistent reasoning for prioritization decisions • Review and evaluate AI-generated plans and recommendations • Identify errors, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Produce clear written assessments and structured artifacts • Follow project guidelines for quality and data compliance Expected Outcomes • Complete persona + task-set bundles • Prioritization rubrics with scoring and justification • Structured evaluations of AI outputs • High-quality, standardized data for AI model training and assessment Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in program or project management • Proficiency with standard PM methodologies and prioritization frameworks • Ability to create structured workflows and task hierarchies • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Experience reviewing or evaluating process documentation or plans • Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations Apply tot his job
