Programmatic Trader
Scale Marketing is expanding its Programmatic Trading team and is seeking a Programmatic Trader who is passionate about optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance. In this role, you will manage and optimize campaigns across DSPs and social media platforms while collaborating with various teams to deliver actionable insights and measurable results. Responsibilities Monitor and optimize programmatic and social media campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs Manage daily bidding, buying, and pacing across DSPs and social platforms Create, execute, and report on campaigns using internal and third-party tools Deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pre-campaign analysis, post-campaign insights, troubleshooting, and ad operations Leverage large datasets in Excel and BI tools for performance analysis and strategy refinement Skills Experience with DSPs (Viant, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) required Strong mathematical and analytical skills—comfortable working with large datasets Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with BI tools Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a start-up mindset Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively A desire to grow your career as Scale Marketing continues to expand Benefits Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with generous employer contributions.
