Job Overview

We are in search of a forward-thinking and analytical professional to join our growing Paid Media Team as the Digital Media Lead, Programmatic. This pivotal role will focus on the development, execution, and enhancement of programmatic campaigns across multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). You will primarily support our expanding Credit Card Vertical, driving initiatives to meet revenue and gross profit targets on a quarterly basis. We seek an enthusiastic individual with a passion for paid media, a strong problem-solving ability, and a data-driven mindset. This is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the VP of Digital Media.

Key Responsibilities
• Build & Grow: Shape the Programmatic buying program, contributing to DSP selection, creative strategy, and logistical setup for optimal performance.
• Maximize Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by optimizing inventory and performance.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding, and performance analysis to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Compliance & Targeting: Navigate compliance and targeting requirements to ensure promotional offers adhere to brand and product guidelines.
• Leverage Data: Utilize enterprise-level data to create and execute top-tier retargeting programs.
• Collaborate: Engage with cross-functional teams—product, design, content, and analytics—to continuously enhance channel performance.
• Communicate Results: Provide regular updates on performance metrics, reporting, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills
• 3-5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns within leading DSPs, with prior oversight of monthly ad spend exceeding $250k (preferably in the financial sector).
• Strong familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, and/or StackAdapt, and a demonstrated capability to leverage technical solutions, audience targeting, and strategic data integrations for impactful results.
• Knowledge of direct marketing creative best practices and experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
• Proficient analytical skills in data analysis, attribution, and platform integration.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
