What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Discovery tool and data integrations
- Analyze and control hardware/software changes, ensuring data integrity within the CMDB
- Identify and troubleshoot discovery issues, monitoring CMDB health dashboard metrics
- Perform de-duplication tasks related to the management of Configuration Items
- Create and maintain discovery schedules and assist with configuration item updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional or technical experience in program administration or comparable duties
- Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Training or certification related to the position may count towards experience or education substitution
- Experience must not be fully substituted by education or training alone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of ServiceNow administration experience or equivalent
- One (1) year of Discovery experience or equivalent
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills
