What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Discovery tool and data integrations
Analyze and control hardware/software changes, ensuring data integrity within the CMDB
Identify and troubleshoot discovery issues, monitoring CMDB health dashboard metrics
Perform de-duplication tasks related to the management of Configuration Items
Create and maintain discovery schedules and assist with configuration item updates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three (3) years of professional or technical experience in program administration or comparable duties
Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
Training or certification related to the position may count towards experience or education substitution
Experience must not be fully substituted by education or training alone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One (1) year of ServiceNow administration experience or equivalent
One (1) year of Discovery experience or equivalent
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Strong organizational skills
