Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”.The Program Specialist supports regulatory and credentialing operations by coordinating provider licensure tracking, verification, and renewal processes. This role ensures providers maintain appropriate licensure throughout the hiring process and active employment and supports regulatory documentation requirements related to collaboration agreements and provider licensure compliance.This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the collaboration agreement process across all states, ensuring alignment with varying state-specific regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation.Role Scope / AuthorityPerforms defined compliance and credentialing coordination activities within established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Exercises judgment within established workflows to ensure provider licensure documentation and renewal timelines are maintained.Coordinates and manages the multi-state collaboration agreement process, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance across jurisdictions.This role does not have authority for hiring, discipline, or performance management and operates as an individual contributor supporting credentialing and compliance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack provider licensure status and renewal timelines to ensure regulatory complianceConduct pre-hire licensure verification to confirm provider eligibility prior to onboardingSupport provider licensure progression for provisionally licensed providers during the hiring processCoordinate licensure renewal reminders and follow-up with providers regarding renewal documentationMaintain accurate licensure records and documentation within credentialing and compliance systemsManage and coordinate collaboration agreement processes across all states, including tracking requirements, renewals, and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with state regulationsCoordinate annual collaboration agreement renewals for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with state regulatory requirementsSubmit and track collaboration agreements and regulatory documentation as requiredSupport cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Credentialing, and Operations teamsAssist with compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory tracking activitiesPerform other job-related duties consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role, as assignedProfessional Expectations for This RoleAccountability: Owns assigned responsibilities and follows through on compliance-related processes and documentation.Integrity: Applies regulatory and organizational policies consistently and maintains accurate documentation.One Team: Supports collaboration across compliance, credentialing, and operational teams.Balance: Promotes efficient workflows and escalates process or compliance risks appropriately.Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve compliance tracking and documentation processes.Servant Leadership: Supports operational and regulatory processes while working within defined scope and authority.Qualifications / SkillsStrong organizational and documentation management skillsAbility to manage multiple regulatory timelines and deadlines across statesHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and follow-up with providers and internal teamsAbility to maintain confidentiality of provider and organizational informationEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred2–4 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, compliance coordination, or licensure administration preferredExperience working with credentialing systems, licensing boards, or regulatory documentation preferredExperience supporting multi-state licensure and collaboration agreement processes strongly preferred#LI-RemoteAt Geode Health, we offer:Competitive compensationFlexible scheduleIn-person and virtual patient visitsComprehensive admin support (front office, accounting, finance, payroll, HR, etc)Professional development opportunitiesClinical community, support, and leadershipMedical, dental and vision benefitsLife insuranceShort and long-term disabilityPaid vacation and holidaysMatching 401k planState of the art technologyWhy work for Geode Health?At Geode Health, we take our commitment to patients and providers seriously.
