Responsibilities
Ā Evolve how contracts are managed for leaders and vendor partners.

Ā Challenge and re-engineer conventional business processes and policies.

Ā Build trusted relationships with partners and work internally across teams.

Ā Construct the strategic vision for overall partner contracts.
,
Ā Lead verbiage updates and optimize contract structure/design.
,
Ā Partner with legal and compliance departments to review, draft, and revise contract agreements.
,
Ā Negotiate with vendors and clients on various contracts.
,
Ā Ensure appropriate materials and services are obtained from suppliers consistent with cost, quality, and statement of work (SOW).
,
Ā Facilitate internal contract approval processes.
,
Ā Analyze change requests to existing contracts and approve changes or revisions.
,
Ā Collaborate with the planning team and broader VVO team to ensure contracts support strategy and operations.
,
Ā Partner with Finance to ensure contracts align with financial targets.
,
Ā Process SOW and POs to ensure timely payments to partners.
,
Ā Follow up on inquiries from leadership and partners regarding contracts.
,
Ā Ensure timely planning ahead of contract renewals.
,
Ā Communicate proactively with VVO leadership and partners regarding contracts.
,
Ā Monitor market trends around vendor pay structures that drive targets and performance.
,
Ā Convert data into meaningful storyboard presentations.
,
Ā Showcase opportunities and pain points through market research and analysis.
,
Ā Operationalize and sustain processes emerging from center priorities and initiatives.
,
Ā Establish a standard reporting, review, and communication mechanism.
,
Ā Utilize design thinking to translate abstract problem statements into actionable programs.

Ā Collaborate with partners from multiple functions to drive organization-wide initiatives.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Ā Four or more years of relevant work experience.
,
Ā Experience with contracts and/or legal documents.
,
Ā Proficiency with Google Suite.
,
Ā Willingness to travel up to 25% (including International travel).
