What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively recruit construction projects into energy design assistance programs
- Identify, track, and cultivate prospective participants in utility programs
- Engage in regular outreach activities such as architect/engineer lunch and learns and trade show presentations
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
- Work with managers to meet participation and revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field OR 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the construction industry
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of local architectural design and construction industry
- Quantitative and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments

- Experience in the architecture or engineering industry
- Knowledge of energy solutions and sustainability practices
