Program Operations Director
New Mexico State University is hiring a Program Operations Director to lead the planning, development, implementation, and management of the NM High-Fidelity Wraparound program. This role involves supervising program personnel, aligning the program with state expectations, overseeing training implementation, and serving as the primary liaison among university leadership, funding partners, and community stakeholders.

ā¢ Directs and coordinates the NM High-Fidelity Wraparound program within the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing.
ā¢ Provides supervision and strategic leadership of program staff and ensures alignment with State of New Mexico priorities.
ā¢ Oversees training implementation, coaching, and technical assistance teams consistent with Wraparound practices.
ā¢ Serves as the principal liaison between program personnel, university leadership, state funding partners, and community stakeholders.
ā¢ Requires Associate's degree with 10 years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
ā¢ Certification as Wraparound Facilitator and Endorsed Wraparound Coach in New Mexico preferred.
ā¢ Must have comprehensive knowledge of NM High-Fidelity Wraparound training curriculum, coaching model, and expertise in adult learning and training delivery.
ā¢ Strong leadership, personnel management, program administration, and communication skills needed.
ā¢ Expertise in virtual and in-person training best practices and familiarity with New Mexico state agencies serving children and families.
ā¢ Full-time exempt position with salary commensurate with qualifications and contingent upon external funding.
